Gym and fitness workout tracker with training programs and timer.

Build programs for your fitness, bodybuilding or powerlifting workouts, Track save your working weights and repetition in each exercise, learn how to performe every exercise.

No matter if you go to the gym or training at home, this app organizes your workouts, will stimulate your progress with progress assistant feature that is available in the app, this feature adapts the working weights and repetitions personally for you, deppending on your previous achievments.

The GymCounter app contains premade workout templates :

1) Legs Workout.

2) Chest, Shoulders and Triceps Workout.

3) Back and Biceps Workout.

4) Powerlifting Workout.

You can create your oun castom fitness plan, choosing from alot of exercises built in.

The app also contains a very useful countdown timer that informs you when your rest time between sets is finished.

We tried to make the GymCounter intuitive and simple for use, you just need to concentrate on your fitness or bodybuilding training and not on trying to remember your targets for the next time you go to the gym.
