🛠️ - How the app works

1. Add a habit that you would like to track

2. Tell the app when you expect to do the habit

3. The app will notify you at this time and allow you to handle everything from that notification, or just open the app and do it manually.

Since the most important aspect of improvement is consistency, we aim to help you with this. You have a visualized version of your consistency in different time intervals; week, month, etc.

Streak tracking is of course also included so the most unstoppable users have something to track.

❓ - What and why we should use habit trackers

As humans we all have habits, and sometimes we wanna improve upon them, the best way to do this is to improve consistency, this is where habit trackers come in.

Letting your phone help you remember and track these habits, will make it easier to see your improvements and if your expectation of how often you engage in, e.g. exercise or cleaning matches reality.

If you have problems with consistency the app's notifications will also nudge you to complete the habit.

💡 - hint

It's extremely difficult to break a bad habit because it's almost impossible to remember not to do something. A better approach is to create a new habit that counters the old. Harvard Health says it comes down to the three Rs; reminder, routine, and reward, and we are here to help you with 2 of these, you just need to start the routine.
