Happy Life Amateur Sports Association is located in the province of Lecco Molteno born to give a concrete response to the need for psychological well-being especially of the female world. \ N \ NASD Happy Life manages sports and recreational activities at multiple sites located in Molteno ( including also the municipal gym) and in Brianza, offering amateur courses for young adults but also young people over sixty, through training methods based on sound principles of sports environments and contexts from the spirit and inviting atmosphere. \ n \ l nWith 'aim to create happy moments and joy, ASD Happy Life, organizes various kinds of courses that embrace the holistic disciplines, the Zumba fitness and music but also martial arts (like Karate) and the Defense, through the expertise and professionalism of teachers highly qualified and certified. \ n \ NASD Happy Life is a combination of technique, expertise, culture and professionalism in a context where the smile must be always present, allows the partners to build those positive moments that are critical to the well-being of each individual.
