Haseel for drivers is an application that allows Haseel’ drivers to manage and easy access and driver their orders.

The application features the following for Haseel’s drivers:

1. The app makes it easy for drivers to follow up on their orders

2. The application provides Haseel drivers with an easy way to view today’s orders by current shift.

3. The app makes it easy to return the request back to Haseel administration when any problem occurs and prevents the driver from delivering the request, providing a justification for unfulfilled requests.

4. Drivers can contact Haseel administration directly to report any problem, which might prevent them from delivering the order.

5. The app provides the driver with customer information, and so it serves as a tool if the driver need to communicate directly with the customer through phone calls or text messages in order to help him fulfill the request.

6. Drivers can change their status (online / offline) so managing the request in the best way based on driver availability.

7. The app informs the driver with the current capacity and keep the administration updated by sending alert if the current capacity will not fulfill the requests.

8. The app provides the ability to modify and manage the driver's account.

9. The application supports drivers through notification in order to help them determine the assigned orders and the served area(s). The driver also get notifications in case of vehicle change.

10. In order to complete the delivering process, the driver has the ability to edit customer orders to cover all cases for drivers.

11. The application allows the drivers to know their ratings for each of the fulfilled requests.

12. The app supports both Arabic, and English languages.

The application serves Haseel’s drivers, and helps them to do their job more easily and accurately.

How to use the application?

Drivers require no registration. The drivers are able to use the application once become a valid driver at Haseel, and then, got the username and password to access the application. The app requires access to the user's location.
