About Normal Heart Beat or Pulse Rate

According to the clinic a normal resting heart rate for adults is between 60 – 100 Beats Per Minute. There are many factors that can influence Heart Rate Including Activity & Fitness Level, Stress, Body Weight, Emotions ETC.

Please consult a doctor if your Heart Rate Constantly above 100 beats per minute or below 60 beats per minute.

How to use

- Hold your index finger or first finger over the back camera of your smartPhone.

- Do not press too hard. Which will result in an inaccurate reading.

- Keep holding your finger until you get your heart rate number.

- You will be able to see Pulse Graph on the screen.

- After calculating all data you will get your result.

- Heart Rate app calculates and automatically saves your heart rate in different training zones.
