Gustav Hensel GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1931 and is a leading medium-sized company for the manufacture of electrical installation and distribution systems. With our technical expertise, we have developed innovative solutions for electrical equipment of buildings. Our partners on the market are electrical wholesalers and electricians as well as panel builders. Hensel is a global company with ten subsidiaries and numerous agents in 65 countries. Hensel has about 850 employees, 570 of which are in Germany.

The product portfolio covers the entire spectrum of electrical installation and distribution solutions. It extends from cable junction boxes to small distribution boards up to 63 A, combinable enclosure systems for the assembly of distribution boards up to 250 A or power distribution boards up to 630 A and low-voltage switchgear assemblies up to 5000 A. Hensel offers standard-conforming product solutions for photovoltaic plants with its ENYSUN distribution boards. In the area of electromobility Hensel is focusing on charging stations for electrical vehicles in private and semi-private areas. New additions to the portfolio include energy management solutions, ready-for-connection for power distribution boards.

The Hensel Group generated consolidated turnover of approximately €100 million in the past fiscal year.
