Small update to address a few issues:
+ Back button now exits app
+ Added volume controls
+ Added option to hear kana audio on correct answer
+ Added all characters to reference section

Also added ads in this update. I apologize if they cover up part of the progress bar. I'll do my best to work that out.

Note: The lightning bolt doesn't do anything (yet).
