HiTechDom - Service for management companies and residents of apartment buildings

The HiTechDom application is a service for residents of apartment buildings and management organizations in Russia with a convenient interface for ordering housing and communal services and managing your apartment directly from your mobile phone.

The application allows you to:

- Find and add your home;

- Send appeals and applications to the management company (UK);

- Transfer readings from metering devices;

- Use additional services in the catalog of your home;

- Receive important notifications on your smartphone screen.

Services in the HiTechDom mobile application:

1. Appeals / Applications - call the master (plumber, electrician or other specialist) and set a time for the visit, send questions, complaints, suggestions;

2. View your contact history;

3. Evaluate the work of your management company;

4. Counters - sending readings of water and electricity meters directly from a mobile phone;

5. Additional services - a convenient order of services for comfort (cleaning, water delivery, equipment repair, glazing of balconies, replacement and calibration of water meters);

6. News - current news and announcements in your home;

7. Contacts - all the necessary addresses, phone numbers, email and sites, the dispatcher - an emergency call in your home.

And:

1. The ability to add tenants, family members and other proxies;

2. Ability to manage multiple rooms in one application.

How to register:

1. Install the “HiTechDom” mobile application;

2. Enter your phone number for identification;

3. Enter the verification code from the SMS message;

4. Add your home address.

The service of sending appeals to the management company is available if your management company is connected to the service. Services at different Management companies / HOAs may vary.

* Services “Payment” and “Counters” are tied to the Personal Account and are protected by authorization, access details can be obtained from your Management Organization.

Residents of houses served by the Territory of Life UK can now also use the mobile application.
