HMS Remote

HMS Remote is a tool for IT admins to remotely manage employee devices.

The HMS Remote system receives a session key via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), which is automatically transmitted to the target device. With HMS Remote, the IT administrator gains the ability to manage the user's mobile device after obtaining the user's approval. This tool streamlines the process for corporate IT administrators to address issues in the field related to mobile device usage. Throughout the remote control session, mobile users can engage in chat interactions with the IT administrator, facilitating seamless communication.
