HomeBoarding, New generation energy estimates and advice.

Homeboarding is an innovative service offered by your Home Builder or the Real Estate Developer of your new housing under RT 2012 to understand and act on your energy bill for your housing (Built since January 1, 2013).

1 - Homeboarding communicates to me the monthly distribution of my energy consumption: On my heating, my hot water consumption, my equipment related to my electrical outlets, my other uses (Lighting, ventilation, heating and water distribution pump domestic hot water, hotplate) and cooling if necessary.

2 - In case of drift, I receive advice to control my energy bill.

3 - I access the instructions for my Heating, Hot Water and Ventilation devices.

4 - I also benefit from maintenance alerts on my heating devices, Production of Hot Water, ventilation but also maintenance to do on my home.

I thus have all the keys that will allow me to understand and optimize my energy bill, including the most suitable choice for my subscriptions corresponding to my use.

This service is only available during the new construction of your home.

If your accommodation is already equipped, you will find the identifiers in label format pasted on your electrical panel.
