The app is free and gives you real-time, easy access to your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Members can easily access their spending account using their HorizonBlue.com username and password. App features include:

• Make payments, transfer money, get reimbursed and manage deposits

• Take a picture of receipts, prescriptions and submit claims

• Barcode scanner to check expense eligibility
