Cook all your meals from scratch and opt for the low fat alternatives where possible. For example instead of frying, you should roast, grill or bake your meat. If you eat out, only ever have two courses and instead of desert try having a frozen yogurt or sorbet instead. If you want to have some snacks then make your own popcorn at home rather than eating chips.
