Beta release of the much awaited patient portal for the Hubchart™ Telemed

The is the Beta release of the much awaited patient portal for the Hubchart™ Telemed for Medical Professionals. This companion app has a very user-friendly simple interface designed based on feedback from our very own Patient users. The app features an easy to navigate dashboard, one step action buttons and one button connectivity for Patient to be able to engage quickly with Healthcare professionals.

Just like the Hubchart™ Professional app, it features the same secure and HIPAA compliant platform for sharing private and protected healthcare information by using industry standard data encryption both during transmission of data and on our cloud storage.

As a Patients, this new app allows you to:

1. Easily connect and coordinate care with healthcare professionals from your device’s contact list

2. Invite your physicians to download the app for healthcare providers to be able to engage with them.

3. Take control of your healthcare data by having your healthcare providers send your medical data on the app.

4. Book a telemed schedule with your doctor

5. Easily view and be reminded of you appointments displayed on the dashboard

6. Send multimedia data such images (screenshots), video recording and pdf files to your physicians

7. Join video/audio group call with up to 10 participants such as family conference with your physicians
