Prevention of casualties due to a natural disaster or man-made disaster can be done earlier through the use of information media that are currently popular and widely used by the community, such as mobile game-based learning. I-ligtas is a mobile game-based disaster awareness and prevention application for everyone. It features a fantasy element that involves players in learning activities through narration or storyline. It focuses on turning disaster management guidelines into interactive Mobile Game. This mobile game is aiming to teach the users on ways on how to be secured when a disaster occurs such as Earthquakes, Typhoons, and Storm Surge. While playing interactive and playful missions, the user will be able to build-up hazard awareness and preparedness in the fundamental perception of disaster risk reduction. The researchers will also conducted an interview to the Risk Reduction Agencies like Agno Flood Forecasting Warning center in Tomana West Rosales Pangasinan, Urdaneta City Fire Station, Philippine Red Cross Urdaneta City Branch which in return they gave the most important information related to the proposed system. The data gathered were subjected to analysis to produce the system prototype. The system underwent series of testing to ensure its quality. The researchers are going to use Extreme Programming because it provides a significant advantage of this approach which is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties allowing for easy incorporation of changes. The researchers found out if how CDRRMO share the knowledge about disaster preparedness through Short Message Service (SMS), broadcasting, nowadays they considered in Social Media sites and also they sent their well-trained staff In different barangays and school to disseminate the information. But their common problem encountered regarding evacuation, those people don't want to go into the evacuation area because they lack foods. The developed game application feature teaches the user to prepare their food. All off the scenarios in the game was validated by CDRRMO Urdaneta City, Pangasinan to make it valid and acceptable for the users.
