1. School can set school time, and parent are allowed manage iPad in non-school time
2. Parent can set the APP Timer to define when to manage iPad
3. Parent can manage kids iPad down to by-APP and schedule level mentioned in 2.
4. 3 management modes for each APP support
4.1 BLOCK(🚫) : Block the APP from after school till next day the kids going back school
4.2 SCHEDULE(🕒) : Block the APP according to APP Timer config
4.3 ALLOW(✓) : Allow the APP being used according to APP Timer config
