Improvements:
~ Change: Enhanced Zhuge Liang special attack
~ Change: Enhanced Elizabeth special attack

Balance changes:
~ Starting Action Points increase, but each AP increase speed is slower
~ Hero's health will decrease with every attack on opponent's castle
~ Duel: Will not activate for heroes with health under 50%
~ Stealth attack: decreased Hero's movement speed, but increased range
