You can keep the light on and off even if you start other apps with this app in the background, but if you start a camera or another app that uses a camera or light, this app will be forcibly terminated.

It cannot be used with models that do not have a brightness sensor or a light.

Even if there is a light, it does not work on models that can only blink for a moment as a flash and cannot keep it on.

This app does not take pictures or videos or record audio.

However, in order to turn on the light from an app developed by someone other than the device manufacturer, you need to grant permission to access the camera.
