This Intuitive App has 2 primary uses, Incident Reporting, and Performing Safety and Compliance Inspections.

Users can Report Incidents, Hazards, and Near Misses using Custom Forms. Record Any type of Incident, for example, Personal Injury, Environmental, Vehicle, Public, etc.

Gather all relevant information for an Incident, Hazard, or Near Miss, images with annotation, numbers, text, comments. All data uploaded to the Cloud for Analysis, Management, Corrective Action, Reporting and submission to the regulatory authority, for example, OSHA, RIDDOR.

Dashboards provide analysis of Incidents, by type, date, day of the week, time of day, location, and many more. Manage Corrective Actions to Completion.

Perform Safety and Compliance Inspections to meet Federal, State regulations. Capture the required data in the field, collecting, Text, Numbers, Dates, Times, Photos with Annotation, Signatures, GPS Coordinates, and many more.
