With this release we’ve focused on making goals more achievable and effective.

- To help you set more realistic goals, we have removed the ability to set goals in the past.
- Stick to the plan. You must now check off all your milestones before marking the goal as complete.
- Stay accountable by sharing your goals with either everyone, or just with your manager. Private goals have been removed.

Additionally, we’ve addressed minor bugs and UX improvements.
