Instaleap is a professional help network where members get professional advice from experts. The advice/session may include discussions about a specific job, mock interview before the real one, job referrals, career coaching , advice on getting help for college admissions, coaching within an organization or any other mentoring in a professional context.

After signing up, members can create a professional profile with information on their expertise, job experience, academic history and the hours at which they can help others.

Members can search others using search filters such as skills, academic institutions or work organization. Members can then request a video/voice meeting with the expert.

After the session completes , members can provide feedback on the session.
