Interval Timer

I made for interval training.

Time to dash before performing the interval training, you will be asked to set the time to rest.

Timer will start 10 seconds after you press the start button. It does not start immediately. I wonder if need time to put away the smartphone in your pocket, etc.? This is because I thought.

Countdown starts timer will start from the start 10 seconds before.
