ISTIA Shipment App

App for drivers to handle shipments (pickups and deliveries)

This app can be used by drivers to handle shipments registered in the ISTIA software platform. Customers using ISTIA can register instructions, pickup and delivery addresses, carriers, vehicles, drivers, package, pallet and container types and quantities. The drivers can then use the app to handle the shipments.

The App features:

- register situational happenings (traffic jam, lunchbreak) and remarks

- change quantities and types of packages

- register hours, kms driven and waiting time

- take photo's and scan documents

- register receiver names and signatures

- navigation and tracking

- ask for ratings and remarks

- register pickup and delivery results (eg damaged packages)

All stakeholders for shipments get realtime information and POP and POD documents automatically (configured with email communication/notification if desired).

Currently available in English, German and Dutch, personally configured.
