Changes:
- Change the timepickers on schedule and temporary schedule edit view

Bug fixes:
- Modifying schedules times, clearing and saving causes loss of previously set schedules
- Cannot complete event notification when user goes directly to the pending event
- Resolved the issue where previous reporter data was shown on other alarmaccount
- Schedules where not being displayed correctly
- Some minor changes to schedules view and history call event view
