It is a quiz based on health-related facts which is being organized by Rotary Club Kota in association with ALLEN Career Institute. It will start on 09.03.2019 at 10:00 AM and ends on 12.03.2019 at 11.00 PM. Test and revive your knowledge with this fun and intuitive health quiz. This quiz will not only make you aware of various facts related to health but also entitled you with assure rewards. This first of its kind platform gives a unique experience of learning and improving general health awareness with lots of exciting prizes and assured rewards.

Rules and regulations for the health quiz (KAUN BANEGA HEALTH CHAMP)

1. Only persons residing in Kota city can participate

2. Registration window shall be open from 26.02.2019

3. There will be 30 questions to be answered in 15 minutes. For each question, you have 4 choices with only ONE correct answer.

4. There will be no negative marking.

5. It is mandatory to attempt all the questions. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn.

6. One entrant can participate only once. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered.

7. Please enter personal details carefully to be eligible for the lucky draw. Your mobile number may be used by us for further communication after the contest.

8. We will announce 500 lucky winners through lucky draw among those participants who will give maximum correct answers in the shortest amount of time.

9. Among these 500 winners who are 12 years or above will also be eligible to participate in the grand finale to be held during SWASTHAY MELA-2019 on 17.03.2019 and get a chance to win cash prizes of up to Rs 1, 00,000.

10. All 500 winners will get QR Code on their registered mobile number after winning the contest. Please keep it safe as you have to bring it with you to claim your gift and participation on 17.03.2019.

11. Venue details and time for Grand Finale will be notified by Email or Mobile

12. Winners will get exciting gift hampers and certificates.

13. E-Certificate shall be given to all the participants after the contest.

14. The decision of the organizers will be final and binding in all matters related to rules, prizes, the name of winners, and any dispute.

15. If you are selected as a winner and are unable to accept the prize, you cannot transfer the prize or designate someone else as the winner.
