Apposture is a neck posture correction app

As we hunch over our phones, we develop this forward head look that's not only unattractive but possibly damaging to our neck. Your head weighs about 12 pounds, and if you spend a significant amount of time hunched over—meaning, your head bent forward and down as when texting, emailing, or gaming—the forces on your cervical spine are substantial. This app will help you gradually educate your neck posture.

Apposture works in the background and subtly makes sure you are holding the phone straight, subsequently keeping your head upright. Can alert you in a multitude of ways. For when you don't hold your phone right for too long, apposture can give the following options for alerts: screen dims, push notification alert, vibration or voice alert.
