Bug fix that incorrectly displayed a Pro License message for the compare (BEGINS & EQUALS are free features, CONTAINS & ENDS WITH are pro features).
Added IGNORE to the "Alert Type" - this exits the checking routine - no more rules will be checked and no alert triggered.
Added a "Test" button in the main menu so you can test all alerts against a message and mobile number.
Added an enabled\disabled indicator icon to the list of alerts - long press to toggle between enabled and disabled.
