-Improved handling of permissions on Android 6 (Marshmallow)
-Fixed bug causing occasional app crashes when connecting to GPS receiver.
-Fixed problems with mock location permissions on Android 6 (Marshmallow)
-Added 3D RMS to list of things that can be displayed, requires NMEA GST sentences.
-Now notifies user of any spaces in user/password if server throws bad user/password error.
