* Another redesign
* Should work and look better on all size devices and in all orientations
* Added city local time to display
* Added stop button to notification
* Added city name to notification
* Fixed "not dismissing dialog" bug on Android 6+
* Removed "check phone state" permission as we don't need it, volume halves when you get a call
* Removed the hardware audio button code, it's buggy
* Other miscellaneous minor bug fixes and optimizations
