Bluetooth Autoplay Music

-Fixed bug causing app to crash after update

Added two NEW FEATURES

1) Set Autoplay ONLY devices:
-This feature is useful for headphones or a bluetooth speaker
-Only plays music on connect and pauses music on disconnect
-For devices that don't support A2DP
-Devices that are set to Autoplay ONLY will show up on the main screen grayed out
-These devices have their own volume setting

2) Can now adjust the max media volume level that the app sets when 'Set Media Volume to MAX is ON'
