This simple app connects to a Blue Tooth device.

This simple app connects to a Blue Tooth device.

It can be used to test if a device is on and is connectable.

Also it is connection test app that tests if a connection is possible from different distances.

No data is transferred between the devices, only a blue tooth socket and a connection handle are created.
