Burn Ban 411 provides real-time AIR QUALITY burn ban status for King, Kitsap, Snohomish, and Pierce counties in Washington State, USA.
Before lighting a fire to heat your home, or in your back yard, simply open Burn Ban 411 to see whether or not there is an air quality burn ban in effect in your area. If there is a burn ban in effect in your area, you can click on the burn ban button to find out what restrictions are in place.
Please note: This app includes status for "air quality" burn bans only (usually issued in the winter months). "Fire safety" burn bans (usually issued in the summer months) are not included as part of this app. The app does provide links to sites for fire safety burn bans.

Burn Ban 411 has been updated for 2015. Important features have been added to cover burn bans in three additional areas: South Pierce, Peninsula, and Darrington. Called “sub-county burn ban areas” these locations may have different burn bans than the county they are in, so it’s important to get the update right away; especially if you live in one of these areas. There are new links on the Info Page in the app where you can check your address.
