To complete the circle check process, drivers have to scan barcodes placed on the vehicle, giving you a time and location stamp as to when the circle check was physically completed.

Each vehicle is capable of handling up to 8 barcodes, allowing you to ensure drivers are inspecting other vehicle components such as aerial equipment, hoses and plows.

Circle Check app also comes in an Advanced version, allowing you to add specific check list items or interactive images to each barcode.
