New "Table card only" mode for blitz tournaments.
The table card for each game is showed on the tablet together with a result registration. The players register the result on the tablet and the result is sent directly to the server and the pairing system TournamentService (if used). When next round is paired, the tablets are updated with new table cards.

This mode is useful for blitz tournaments with many rounds, where you want to collect results quickly and precise, and setup next round fast.
