1.17 and 1.18 changes:
- Added more prestige bonuses
- Increased recruiting budget bonus for players leaving
- Difficulty now affects recruiting budget (easier difficulty, higher budget)
- Added free throws and late game logic (intentional fouls, etc)
- Hall of Fame now shows career averages
- Can now view who has won the most championships
- Other bug fixes
