v2.3.6 — Bunch o' fixes!

➤ You'll now need to accept terms and conditions and privacy policy at first launch. (Thanks, lawyers!)
➤ Fixes list/story position on rotation
➤ Updates widget style and adds link to the index. (Tap Lloyd)
➤ Moves comments and new forum threads to a floating action button.
➤ Remove Google Play Services (and along with it 3 permissions!)
➤ Updates for analytics
➤ Removes multidex.

Also seems faster. Search is coming!
