We utilize a full Stott® Pilates Studio Suite including: Reformers, V2MAX Towers, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Stability Chairs and offer training in: Pilates, Juvo Board, Barre and Mat, Yoga and Stretch and more. Our private Pilates sessions and small group classes can accommodate the professional athlete to people over 40 and those with neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s, CP, MS, TBI and scoliosis and rehabbing people after surgery or injury.
