Major rewrite!

- fixed bug with exchange calendars
- fixed bug where repeating events didn't show up
- fixed bug with "null" in second row
- fixed bug where options getting ignored

- added option to hide AM/PM
- added option to only show today's events
- added option to hide date of events
- added option to show event title in collapsed state

- restructured and changed settings
- updated texts
