We have prepared another colossal update:
💀 Second base - Phobos-77. Monsters in all facilities.
🛠 Bestial Descent event improvements.
🛠 Mercenary and weapon cards now also show the max values.
🛠 Added level scanner.
🛠 Added ability to charge mercenary's perk before level start.
🛠 Added ability to restore 25% HP if HP level is too low.
🛠 Bugfixes and improvements.

... and Commander. Our scientists discovered that monsters are laying eggs. We've updated the bestiary.
