Fixed bug that would make walls disappear if that is the only thing placed.
Made gun selection boxes a little bit larger.
Fixed shading of gun range indicator when map is zoomed.
Changed chances of sending enemies back to start for black-hole weapons to be based on level.
Now shows players base on challenge # 14.
