Diabetic Narwhal

Whether you're a diabetic, a narwhal, both, or neither, come experience the hardships of that life through the eyes of Nuno the Narwhal.

Help guide Nuno across the frightening ocean while helping him manage his diabetes. Eat as healthy as you can without starving Nuno and try to regulate his blood sugar properly via insulin shots. Nuno doesn't want to die a horrible diabetes-induced death, so use common sense and give him as little soda and cake as possible.

Studies show that naval mines are bad for diabetics, so avoid those as well.

Nuno the Diabetic Narwhal isn't helplessly defenseless though, and you can find that out by firing a BRO (Bolus Rocket Obliterator). When approaching a wall of cakes and mines, swipe right and fire a BRO to take care of those pesky carbs and explosives*! Use sparingly, as BROs require hefty amounts of insulin to power.
