If you want to add your disorder history for future reference, we provide a best platform for that, you can add your disorder along with its reasons.

Add your disorder history public or private. Public disorder history will be visible to everyone and if you keep it private, only you will be able to watch it.

Another important feature of this app is to search the reason of your disorder in self records and also in public records.
