We have ameowzing news – you no longer need to send a claim form when you submit claims using the Embrace mobile app! All you need is the invoice and your pet's diagnosis or reason for visit.

This update includes:

A new Submit a Claim experience that does not require a claim form
Various bug fixes, improvements, and performance enhancements
Note: A claim form is still required if you submit via the send documents option, email, fax, or mail.
