This release features an updated visual style to be more consistent with the Emma brand.

We've also fixed the following bugs:

+ Click rate was displaying a value of greater than 100% for some mailings.
+ The app was including automated emails sent from the new Automation feature and excluding old ones. For now, we will exclude all automated emails to be consistent.
