The temperature control now remembers it's last position when a command is sent.
Hidden the delete button when adding a new command.
Hidden the slider bar if the command is static text.
Shows the command being sent if the command is static.
Added registration to unlock the application.
TODO - Add a profile for multiple boilers, next release.
