Finch ( Fringílla coélebs ) is a songbird of family. The size of a sparrow the length of the body is about 14.5 cm. The wingspan is 24.5-28.5. The weight of the finch is 15-40 grams. Coloring plumage in the male is bright (especially in the spring): the head is bluish-gray the back is brownish with green the goiter and chest are brownish-red with large white patches on the wings.
