Unfortunately making these lifestyle changes can be difficult, and with so many choices and programs out there it makes it hard to choose and it is not personalized to your specific needs.

At FITT we are passionate about helping our clients on their journey to achieve their health goals. Using evidence-based programs we provide personalized recommendations to help detoxify the body and boost immunity as well as prevent and often reverse common lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and much more.

Upon signing up a personalized health consultation is conducted by one of our FITT Certified Coaches, where we learn about our clients and their goals. We then provide specific recommendations including a nutrition program (delivered daily for live version) exercise programs specific to your needs, as well as access to our education portal, live cooking classes and much more all conveniently placed in the FITT APP. Our coaches will guide you through the 10 day FITT Challenge and beyond. Thus allowing our clients to attain better health so they can make a greater impact in their families and communities.
