• A proper preparation for the Full Splits Pose.

• Increases awareness through the pelvic area.

• Relieves sciatica pain.

Exercise Frequency:

More than 3 times of practicing in one week.

Suitable for:

Moderate yoga practitioners or above.

Tips:

• Before practicing, have a short warm-up.

• People with hip or knee inflammation are not recommended for this session.

• If any discomfort or exhaustion is felt during the practice, stop immediately.

• Breathe through your nose during the whole practice unless instructed otherwise.

• After practicing, massage your sore muscles.
