[Functional update]

▶ Experience improvements
• Android 11 / All files access support [Android 11 or higher only]
- Faster / direct access to all storages (including external / otg)
- All files access needs to be granted as a replacement of former Storage permission
(the Storage permission is still included to support versions of Android prior to 11, but won't be requested)

• Bug fixes
