Bug fixes:
Where alternative route choices were not being respected;
App crashing when GPS was disabled and enabled again;
ETA in minutes was not being converted;
Language option was not respected in the settings screen;
Voice options list is ordered alphabetically;
Voice option is kept after the app is closed;
Truck settings were not being received from GM Live;
Route restrictions were not being translated;
Alternative Route options show the entire routes before starting the navigation.
