Synchronized the second hand by adding an additional control script that locks the second hand to the correct second while continuing to allow the galaxy to spin smoothly behind it and maintain the correct 360 degrees per minute.

Synchronized ticking sound to the hands.

Minor shader adjustments to further reduce power consumption.

Fixed disappearing second hand on some devices.
